Saturdays are our busiest nights, when we often have so many reservations that we have to turn people away. However, weekdays tend to be much slower. This is a challenge for most restaurants that focus on dinner. In order to provide stability of work hours for our team, we’d like to even this out a bit.
Instead of $55 and $85 for our 5 and 8 course tasting menus, we are updating it to:

$48, 5 courses
$75, 8 courses
Fridays and Saturdays
$62, 5 courses
$95, 8 courses
